Pricing FAQs
What is included in every PIE plan?
Every plan includes SOW Analyzer, Incentive Claims, SOW Tracker, and CERTIFY. Scale and Enterprise add ISSI Evidence, Partner Admin Link, and Workforce. The difference between plans is the number of admin seats, workforce members, and monthly SOW analyses.
Is there an annual contract?
No. All PIE plans are month-to-month with no annual lock-in. Cancel anytime. No cancellation fees.
What is the one-time setup fee?
Setup includes Partner Center connection, Entra ID configuration, initial SOW analysis walkthrough, and onboarding training. Starter: $199, Growth: $499, Scale: $999, Enterprise: $1,299.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. The new plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing. No downgrade fees.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a free demo and consultation where we analyze one of your real SOWs live. Book a 30-minute call and see exactly how much incentive revenue PIE finds in your deals before you commit.
What is the ROI of PIE?
The average Microsoft partner misses $50K-$500K annually in available incentives. PIE typically finds $20K-$100K in the first SOW analyzed. At $299/month, PIE pays for itself with a single incentive claim.
How is PIE different from Partner Center?
Partner Center is Microsoft's portal for managing your partnership. PIE is an intelligence layer that sits on top — it scans your deals against all programs, finds what you qualify for, builds audit-ready evidence, and tracks everything. PIE does what only the top 100 partners with dedicated PDMs get today.
