What file formats can I upload?
Word (.docx), PDF and plain text files. PIE reads the whole document and checks it against all 69 Microsoft incentive programs and 28 Advanced Specializations.
My team calls it a proposal, not a SOW. Does it still work?
Yes. PIE reads any Word, PDF or text document that describes the work: a SOW or a proposal. If it describes the scope of the work, PIE can check it. For a proposal, pick Still Being Negotiated as the deal stage.
How does the Interactive Editor work?
Each suggestion shows your original SOW text next to PIE's suggested wording, plus the incentive it unlocks and the program it targets. Click Accept, Edit or Reject on each one, or Accept All Pending. PIE writes your accepted changes into the Enhanced SOW and lists any that need placing by hand.
What reports do I get?
Six reports. Download the Enhanced SOW (a Word file with your accepted changes applied) and the Executive Briefing (what you can act on now, what PIE still needs and your next steps) right from the results. The other four live in SOW Tracker under that analysis: Qualified Programs (what qualifies, what does not and why), Claim Playbook (payout steps, proof of execution and claim windows), Specialization Report (your Advanced Specialization readiness) and Growth Path (the nearest unlocks and a 30/60/90 plan).
How many SOWs can I analyze per month?
Growth includes up to 25 SOW analyses a month and Enterprise up to 50. Viewing results and downloading do not count; running a SOW again does. A usage bar on the upload screen shows how many you have used this month.
What happens after the analysis?
Your analysis is saved to SOW Tracker. From the results, open the Claim Playbook to start claims for the programs that qualify, and ISSI Evidence to upload audit proof for the matched Advanced Specialization controls.
Why does PIE ask for the customer's domain?
So every SOW is tied to the right customer. PIE uses the domain to follow that customer across SOW Tracker, Partner Admin Link, Workforce and ISSI Evidence, and suggests domains you have used before.
Does it work on a SOW that is already signed?
Yes. Pick the deal stage first. For a SOW still being negotiated, PIE suggests wording changes that unlock more. For a signed SOW or work already delivered, it skips rewrites and shows what you can still claim.
Is SOW Analyzer a separate product?
No. SOW Analyzer is included in every PIE plan starting at $299/month. Each analysis connects to SOW Tracker, Incentive Claims and ISSI Evidence for that deal.
